Most of our terrariums and houseplants arrive potted and ready to display, while certain trees or larger plants may arrive bare-root or in grower pots for safe shipping. 

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, and shipping times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your plants are on their way! 

We stand by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll send a replacement or refund.
